Encourages veterans to seek public office.
- Educates active duty military, reservists, National Guard, veterans and their families about issues and public policy and provides oversight relative to veterans issues.
- Supports federal, state and local candidates who share our common beliefs.
As a non-partisan organization comprised of military veterans and our families, we unite in our Beliefs:
We believe that our rights of freedom and liberty are secured through the sacrifices of our men and women in uniform.
- We believe that for America to remain a beacon of hope, stop terrorism and ensure security, we need a strong military and an effective government.
- We believe that we need leaders in Congress and in our Legislature who have the knowledge and wisdom to make reasoned decisions.
- We believe military service experience provides a unique understanding of the importance of a strong defense, the need for adequate military appropriations and support for veterans.
- We believe that, while military experience alone is not sufficient for effective civilian leadership, it is important to have this experience represented in our key policy making bodies.
